Biography

Kelsey is a newcomer to the world of family law, driven by a passion for helping families navigate life’s challenges. With a commitment to learning, she brings enthusiasm, empathy, and unwavering dedication to every case. Kelsey is eager to make a positive impact in the lives of her clients while simultaneously ensuring her clients feel supported throughout the legal process.

Despite being a recent addition to the legal field, Kelsey has proven her mettle, finishing third in her class at McGeorge School of Law, where she earned a variety of other awards and honors.  Kelsey’s participation in moot court competitions has enhanced her courtroom skills and client advocacy.

Kelsey consistently demonstrates a dedication to mastering the intricacies of the law and applying her legal knowledge to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients at Rojas & Nickelson. She aims to build strong relationships within the legal community and ultimately establish herself as a trusted and compassionate advocate.

Beyond the courtroom, Kelsey enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé and beloved dog. Whether it’s exploring the great outdoors, attending a Sacramento Kings game, or simply enjoying an evening at home, she cherishes these quiet moments.
